Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To send a return or exchange, please Include a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, and order number. Also, briefly state the reason of return and provide contact details in case we need to get in touch with you about your return.

Refunds takes normally up to 5 working days from the date we get your return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 20 pounds. We will not be responsible or refund any monies if the package fails to reach us by standard post.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
